About Us

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art practised to enhance health. The slow circular movements massage internal organs, lubricate joints and relax body and mind.

Overseas health studies show a multitude of health benefits to this practice which has been described as meditation in motion.

Our Instructors

Belinda Elgar has more than 20 years experience practicing Tai Chi and is accredited by The Australian Sports Commission, Kung Fu Wushu Australia and Tai Chi Fitness Australia.

She teaches Chen and Yang Style Forms, Sword, Fan and Staff forms and is experienced with many Qigong practices.

Belinda believes training in Tai Chi never finishes and currently studies with Master Michael Chu of Tai Chi Fitness Australia.

Our Classes

We offer various Tai Chi classes in Emu Plains both morning and evenings. Private and Corporate lessons can be arranged. Experienced contracting to Gyms, Retirement Villages and Community Health Centres.
